PE and Sport

At Church Langton we pride ourselves on the sporting opportunities made available to the pupils through both the curriculum and extra-curricular activities. Physical activity promotes children’s strength, control and co-ordination, improving their physical competence and confidence as well as their ability to perform a wide range of activities.

We give all the children the opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of physical activities. At least two hours of P.E. lessons are timetabled each week for every class and are delivered by our own sports coach.  The school organises and enters sports events for pupils from years two to six while the house events offer further opportunities for the children to develop their skills.
