Church Langton C of E Primary School is part of Learn Academies Trust (Learn-AT) and we feel that Learn-AT's vision for children and staff to develop life in all its fullness (John 10:10) is key to who we are as a school within the Trust and significant to enabling all to flourish and thrive. 

At Church Langton, we are committed to our own theologically rooted vision taken from Proverbs (22:6) ‘Teach Children How They Should Live, and They Will Remember it All Their Lives.” We are committed to ensuring that our vision is owned by the whole school community and therefore it was reviewed in consultation with governors, parents, staff, clergy and pupils in August 2025, which led to the vision remaining and the following values and mission statements being developed:

Our mission is to… Nurture well-rounded, happy, and confident children within an inclusive and welcoming community. We aim to achieve this by offering a rich curriculum, fostering creativity, and providing a range of opportunities for every child to fulfil their potential. Our Christian values lie at the heart of everything we do. They guide our actions, shape our relationships, and inspire our commitment to excellence.

Together, the school and trust form a coherent Christian narrative: Teaching children how to live, so they may flourish in faith, character, and community—experiencing life in all its fullness.
